By accessing and using peptide.bar (“the Service”), operated as part of the Peptide Hive Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or placing an order on peptide.bar, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and accept these terms in full.

2. Membership

Membership requires a one-time $25 initiation fee and $10/month recurring subscription. Membership grants access to wholesale pricing and the ability to place orders. Memberships are non-transferable.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Initiation fees are non-refundable.

4. Orders & Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Product prices and volume discount tiers are subject to change. Orders are subject to product availability.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your membership or account credentials
• Place fraudulent orders
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Use purchased compounds in violation of applicable regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall peptide.bar or the Peptide Hive Network be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Buyer Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your purchase and use of any compounds complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any membership or decline any order at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms.
